What were the key driving forces to bringing yourself into the AlcoBev industry?

I am from a small town in Jalisco, Mexico, Atenguillo. Agave Maximiliana grows in 16 municipalities in the State of Jalisco, and the Denomination of Origin Raicilla was authorized in 2019. Atenguillo is one of these 16 municipalities, where Agave Maximiliana grows naturally and raicilla is made with. When I was in college, in the University reunions I used to bring a bottle of raicilla instead of beers or tequila, because it was the drink I knew, and in on of those parties I met Juan Pablo and gave him Raicilla to try. He proposed me 2 months after, so Raicilla is love to me! Together we started sharing with our friends this magical agave spirit, made 100% artisanal. Now we export to 12 countries and this path has been a beautiful challenge to understand dreams can be possible.
